PERSONAL TRAINING PHILOSPHY
Working out with weights not only keeps you healthy, fit, and toned, it also keeps you mentally stable and able to handle stress. In one hour you can workout every muscle group and make it a cardio hour with optimal calorie burn.

NUTRITION
No fitness program would be complete without a sound nutritional compliment. Food is the fuel for our bodies, a sound diet will amplify your physical efforts. I will work with you to develop a diet that makes your goals a reality. No single diet works for everyone, we will find a plan that works for you!
STRENGTH TRAINING
My strength program employs free weights, physio and medicine balls, and resistance bands, to create exercises to build your strength and muscle mass. Muscle mass is key to successful body shaping, weight loss and creates lower fat ratio. Strength training burns more calories far longer than simple cardio alone. You will feel the difference after my training session with you!
CORE CONDITIONING
I, myself, love ab exercises!! All of them, and I have come up with a never ending list of exercises which DO NOT islolate the abs but can also incorporate other muscle groups at the same time. Your results will be amazing.
FLEXIBILITY
Flexibility is vital and is the cornerstone of dance. As a professional dancer and dance instructor, I practice and understand flexibilty training completely. I make stretching a part of every workout.
